Directions
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
Step 2. Cut the bacon or chorizo into medium pieces and the paprika into strips.
Step 3. Spread a little tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese on each portion of cassava.
Step 4. Add the bacon or chorizo, corn, turkey ham, some olives and paprika.
Step 5. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes.
Step 6. Remove from the oven and enjoy.
