Chicken Curry

Ingredients
2 lbs chicken thighs
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
1 inch ginger
2 tbsp curry powder
1 can coconut milk
1 can diced tomatoes
rice
Directions
Step 1.
Cut chicken into pieces.
Step 2.
Sauté onion, garlic, ginger.
Step 3.
Add curry powder.
Step 4.
Add chicken, brown 5 min.
Step 5.
Add coconut milk and tomatoes.
Step 6.
Simmer 30 min.
Step 7.
Serve with rice.
